I recently bought my second round of rooh incense and given that I was delayed in buying the materials, I called Nirmalya to ensure they send me all my items before Ganpati which was three days from my purchase. I was extremely thankful and blessed the team as they ensured I received the items a day prior the puja at home. You can imagine my happiness 😊
